I have adjusted my free shipping promotion (United States only) to where orders must meet a minimum threshold of $50. eBay allows sellers to offer free shipping at any order level, so my free shipping promotion works the same as always.
Etsy remains focused on competing with Amazon and only allows sellers to have a free shipping guarantee for orders of $35 or more. $35 has not been feasible in several years, and it's now way too low of a threshold for small sellers.
The only way I can offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more on Etsy is to do it through a coupon code. If your order is $50 or more, you can enter the code FREESHIP50 during checkout to receive free shipping.
I have many good books that I need to list. Here is a sample:

I have no idea when I will begin listing new books. I estimate that I will do it sometime around Thanksgiving.
