A bit more corroboration: When I, as a kid, starting buying Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys books in the early 1970s, they cost $1.50 plus tax. ($1.58 after tax, and yeah, I still remember that. ;-) )TimKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06686860077733235048noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7157530669780468545.post-52617139815961494582014-04-26T13:13:22.720-05:002014-04-26T13:13:22.720-05:00The seller did everything right except place a Buy...The seller did everything right except place a Buy It Now on the listing. He mentioned all the series in the title, and I believe that without the Buy It Now that the listing might have been bid up to more than $100. I do think that at least several other people would have been interested.Jennifer Whitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10405593758228423001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7157530669780468545.post-36747041247928534362014-04-26T04:00:36.544-05:002014-04-26T04:00:36.544-05:00Aw man, this is an AWESOME piece! Thanks for sharing it with all of us.Austinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04263583194185412197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7157530669780468545.post-71306050573509610642014-04-21T20:05:04.383-05:002014-04-21T20:05:04.383-05:00Very cool! It would cost more than the poster (probably in the 100-200 range), but would protect it better than the current frame, and look even nicer. They would probably also be able to line the two pieces up nicely, and hide some of the existing damage.

Nevertheless, it's a very nice piece, and I'm sure it will look great hung up.Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01881605584565896967noreply@blogger.com
